Meet Sarah
Art Psychotherapist
I offer trauma-informed art psychotherapy services for children and adults. My goal is to provide a safe and unique space for clients to explore their experiences and emotions through art. Working together to build resilience and strength whilst encouraging empowerment.
For the last 9 years I have been providing therapeutic Art groups for both child and adult who have experienced trauma. Many of whom are living with a wide range of mental health conditions.
I am passionate about my work with domestic violence survivors. I currently run Art psychotherapy groups for child residing in a number of women's refuges.
I have a BA in Therapeutic care from Essex University and a MA in Art Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths University London.
I am registered with and regulated by the HCPC
